LINDSEY MILLER

PRINCIPAL

Lindsey Miller brings a wealth of experience and expertise as a Regulatory and Government Relations specialist with over a decade of dedicated service in the State of Texas.

Before founding Align Public Affairs, Lindsey served as the Director of Government Affairs for Enterprise Products Partners, where she adeptly navigated legislative and regulatory issues through state and local public policy representation.

Her leadership roles in Government Affairs for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and TIPRO (Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association) have honed her skills in managing regulatory compliance projects and addressing complex issues in the oil and gas industry. At Anadarko, she oversaw all Texas and Colorado assets, focusing on Permian Basin production and midstream issues. Her tenure at TIPRO involved handling various regulatory compliance projects on behalf of oil and gas producers and pipeline operators, including issues related to hydraulic fracturing preemption, state seismicity regulations, gas gathering, and water reuse.

Lindsey's comprehensive understanding of legislative procedures and processes stems from her experience working for elected officials in both the Texas House of Representatives and the Texas Senate. She maintains strong bipartisan relationships in both chambers and has a solid foundation in the oil and gas arena.

A native of Longview, Texas, Lindsey currently resides in Austin with her husband and two sons, Finley and Townes Miller.
